A New Day on Embarcadero

Here is a more traditional view of the the James 'Sunny Jim' Rolph Bridge, aka the Bay Bridge, taken on Embarcadero walkway right before sun appeared. It was a good place to start a day.
After trying shots at longer exposures when water is smooth and shorter exposures when waves are frozen in time, I decided to settle on a version of the image that's in between, as this best captured how I felt about the mood that presented itself.

Amazing work as usual, Ivan! Did you use a grad filter for this? And are you still liking the 10-20mm Sigma? I need an ultra wide angle and have been eyeing that one.
Hey Ryan -
Thank for your comment. I owned 10-20mm for over a year now, and I've been very pleased with it. No issues whatsoever, sharp lens and well built. If you get it, make sure you properly test it first, as sometimes with Sigma you get a version that's not working well, but if you test it properly you can always return it and get a better copy.
Yes, I did use a filter, I believe a 3-stop ND Grad filter for this one. Few minutes later the light got much brighter and I threw in another 2-stop on top of it.
